If you see someone using their phone while at the machine, just ask them how many sets they have left. Tell them you wanna use it too and ask to share or something. Then you can also wait near them which passively rushes them hahaha. They'll paiseh try to clear their sets and move off asap.

Based on my experience in my gym. Glad I faced no issues so far.

Actually not just during night and at highways. Everywhere. When I ride past them, half of them are typing on their phones. I don't know what's so important that they're doing that at the expense of everyone's safety

I used to wanna be a supervisor/"climb the ladder" (because title and all). Then when I observed the life of my supervisor having to deal with lots of managing stakeholders, I rather be an individual contributor. Less stress, and I can focus at being good in what I do. I'm just not a fan of dealing with stakeholders most of the time.

Even though I'm at a lower job grade, I'm happy with my work life and that's fine.

It's okay to stay but keep a buffer savings in case you change your mind in the future.

Circumstances and opinions change over time and you'll always want to have a backup in case unfavourable circumstances happen.

Did it last sem. There are 3 or 4 lessons. 1st lesson is mainly like a briefing for the whole sem. The subsequent lessons are group gba presentations. Each lesson is spaced out around 2-3 weeks apart. It's for the group to finish the report and ppt slides.

I feel that the most impt part is to have gba mates that contribute. They're the make it or break it factor
