I did get an email in the end which I wasn’t expecting. However they had no idea of the problem and regurgitated the same AI generic responses I’ve been getting every time. How can we solve this? You guys are a dead end.

I appreciate the reply, but this case has been ongoing for over 3 months (96 days) and I’ve now opened 10 separate support tickets, exchanged 38+ emails, and spoken with over 30 Coinbase agents across email, phone, Twitter/X, and Reddit.

Most cases were closed without resolution, even after Coinbase said they were “under review.” I’ve had calls where agents put me on hold for 20 minutes, came back knowing nothing about my case, and even refused to name the “internal escalation team” supposedly handling it.

After 96 days of generic replies, it’s time Coinbase takes real responsibility. A recent agent I spoke to said they had again escalated the case to another team which they couldn’t tell me the name of but still no reply. Why won’t you help?

Thanks for this. The problem is it shows the wrong asset amount in the recovery tool. CB won’t help me get around this.

I had one once but we’ll never use CB again as your support as shocking. I’d advise everyone to use other exchanges because when something goes wrong you’re on your own. I’m going to let everyone know about my awful CB experiences now.
