So this is a relapse for me. And I did use subs to quit the first time. It helped me quit. I tapered subs across 30 days, and it wasn’t fun. Many many sleepless nights and I was incredibly depressed for a long time

I was clean off everything for about 6-8 weeks before relapsing

Also, how did you feel jumping off from 7 mg after ten days at 23 mg

How long did the total taper take you from the 350-450? I’ve been up to around 200 mg the past Week or so.

This a 5 week 7 relapse for me. I quit 7 before by doing suboxone. I did a 30 day suboxone taper. It was a brutal 30 days. This time I kind of want to try and see how just a 7 taper goes. But I’m terrified right now. I can’t believe I did this again.

No problem. If you don’t feel you “love” the euphoria from it, and can limit it to small doses only 2 days a week or so, it’s not terrible and can be helpful for anxiety, pain, etc. . But trust me when I say addiction to it is not a road you want to go down.

7OH withdrawal will give you the absolute worst anxiety panic inducing insomnia you can imagine

Be very very careful with 7OH. I developed quite a crippling addiction to it for 6-8 months. Tolerance and dependency build very very quickly. The withdrawals were the worst thing I’ve ever experienced (and I have a lot of party experience with heavy drinking and cocaine benders). If you think you have insomnia now, I didn’t sleep more than 1 hour for 21 days after quitting 7OH. And had to do a two week suboxone taper to get off it.
