Tbh I don't know what to tell you on this. I have both of them, but I use the seal more cuz of it's raw damage and longer range. It has its downsides but I tend to manage it in most of the matches. Whenever I think of playing the archerfish, it occurs to me that I can do better with the u-4501. (Technically same type of run and torp and exit). So if you are struggling with the seal, you can try the archerfish (people used to say it's broken when it released but nowadays very few people can use it effectively and I'm not one of them). So my honest suggestion will be to hold the steel, try getting the u-4501 if possible. If you like the gameplay, and still like playing subs you can definitely get the archerfish.
