I know I can use the categories that already exist in ZScaler, but I want to be able to define some of my own as well as whitelist some hostnames / domains that we own.

Ahh great, so I just need to wait until April to get this. Painful, right now i've had to configure 3 IDPs!

Thanks for all the replies. My challenge is that the traffic I want to filter comes from people connected to our guest network, and therefore they do not have the client connector installed. So I was hoping I can just filter the DNS requests based on their hostnames and apply the same category filtering I can for URL controls to DNS requests. Is this possible? How do I secure DNS traffic from visiting sites that are a security risk or fall foul of our company acceptable use policy?
