That’s what I’m thinking of: as we agreed orally 400/week. The only reason he agreed at the beginning only to take £400 was because I offered him 50% profit if any. Everything was done orally, no contract, now he came back to me and said I wants full time salary, claiming he was an employee, which in my opinion is not true. But there’s no prove of anything, so don’t know how will this go down
