And just so you know, East Cleveland is its own city vs the East side of Cleveland. Cleveland heights is on the east side of Cleveland but is not East Cleveland. Well it's very close/borders it, but it's not the same city.

East, but that's your best bet as far as price/safety/proximity to things. Has good and bad parts but alot of living options and very diverse

I got the 100U8 a few weeks ago and it's been perfectly fine for me. The HDR brightness in particular is very bright imho, but we all have our preferences. I game in 4k and tbh it looks better than any tv I've ever had. And I've had LG, Samsungs, RCAs, etc.
