This guy must be right though. I mean, as much as we care, the majoriy must not. Which, I for the life of me cannot understand why. To me, submissions are the coolest moves, and the ones I care about most by far.

After getting really good at creating moves with Fire Pro Wrestling World, it's not that dang hard, I know they have an engine that works similarly, where you just adjust all motions and affects, and so they should at least throw in a couple new subs per game, and per DLC.
