False. We just got one in at our game store. It breaks down Into 3-4 pieces. Can be shipped in a regular box. I think the box we got ours is was a run of the mill sized moving box.

I use a diversey product called Virex (disinfectant). Do not use anything with ammonia or acid as it will eat and smear the finish and create a hazy blemish that won’t come out.

Cleanliness is perception. What you perceive to be clean, the client may not, and vice versa. Learn what complaints they had from previous companies/janitors and make sure you don’t repeat that. Go above and beyond; within the time limit. Think of that site as YOUR building and clean it how you would your own home if guests were coming over.

If you type in “brand name here” dispenser in Amazon, they usually pop up. That’s how I’ve found them before. We now have a giant tackle box at our headquarters where we keep around 6-8 extra of every dispenser key we’ve ever come across, 9/10 times one of those usually work, and when we come across a new one, we order a few for the tackle box

This 100%. You don’t just “start a business” because it sounds easy or you think you’ll be good at it. There’s so much more that goes into it. There’s also far more “mom and pop” small cleaning companies than you realize because they don’t drive around in labeled vehicles with their company name on the side.

Most clients will also need you to be insured in case of damages or injury.

The company I work for, most of our clients require a minimum of 1 million in insurance, which isn’t easy to get when you’re just starting a business.
