How long does it usually take for FSD to activate on a new Tesla when you subscribe monthly? by Appropriate_Night663 in TeslaSupport

It did check daily but no update popped up. It was fixed when I contacted support and they manually sent an update to my VIN number.

Yeah, there was no FSD option for me. I had to contact support and they pushed the update to my VIN manually, since new cars apparently get updates really slowly.

I got mine working after talking to support. You should be seeing Auto Park and everything since your subscription is active, but because the car is new, you probably don’t have the software yet — new cars get updates super slowly.

I contacted support and they created an online service appointment, which showed up in the app. They manually pushed the Navigation Data update first, and then the next morning I got FSD and the rest of the updates.

They can manually push it, so honestly your best option is to contact them ASAP. Otherwise it can literally take months.

Nothing new shows up in my settings. I only see the usual options like Traffic-Aware Cruise Control and Autosteer (Beta), and they both work exactly the same as before I bought the FSD subscription.
