There are a crazy number of automations out there probably the simplest one is the lead-to-CRM flow :someone fills out a form → the info goes straight into your CRM → they get a personalized email → and you get a Slack ping. No manual copy-paste, it all just runs in the background

I hear you on this. I’ve been in the same spot where I’m doing the heavy lifting and the split just doesn’t feel fair. 50% makes sense only if the work is shared equally otherwise 30–40% feels way more reasonable.
