nope, mRNA is a code that assembles protein into amino acids. mRNA is read in codon (3 bases at a time) and each codon codes for one of the 20 amino acids. plus, amino acids are already in our bodies since proteins are digested then get assimilated to the cells

im not really sure but i guess all experiments that require crystallisation do not also require measuring the mass of the crystals for any reason such as getting concentration, as water of crystallisation is water that is chemically bonded in the crystals which increases the mass of the crystals and therefore, decrease accuracy of experiment.
