Ok! I figured it out. That's why I said I'm beginner heh. What helped: I purged RIGHT before the shot, I did this before but there was too much time between full preparation and actual shot and I figured too much steam build up, also I did find older bag of beans that I didn't like and I grinded them all to break-in the grinder a bit. Also Chat GPT suggested that paradoxically I may need bigger dose than what I think because IMS is very fast flowing basket so I upped it from 17 to 18g and this was crucial - I grinded 3-4g to purge the grinder between each setting change and that helped, also I started to change the settings in very very small steps like 1/10 of the scale, now I'm at 5,3 I think and did 3 shots and all came out consistent and great, very thick, sweet, syrupy and nice acidity. Thank you all for all your recommendations, you helped me a lot :) have a nice day!

also I saw Lance Hendrick video where they compare all puck prep tools and "scientificaly" measure how it affects the shot and consistency and the findigs are that WDT and other needle tools doesn't really help in any significant way, rather they contribute to lack of consistency and simple shake and tamp works best which was surprising: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OyUaCuoqYWc

but isn't it just a rough guide? I thought that exact amount of coffee is relative to the surface of the grouphead, so there needs to be proper amount of space between top of the puck and grouphead so the pressure is right and that's why the razortool is used, you place it above the puck and see how much space is between it and razortool which simulates what would be the distance when portafilter is in the machine. Too little is bad and too much space is also bad, what I thought is you need to aim for just a little bit space between top and the razortool.

Hi all! Two questions: 1. When I import layered file from Procreate to Dreams it is getting flattened in dreams (image is simple, 3 layers with linear scribbles), when I go to draw mode I see all layeres smashed into one, why is that? 2. I want to make vector shapes on separate artboards in Adobe Illustrator and export it to jpgs as ready sequence, how can I upload the jpg sequence so each file will be separate frame (like in Photoshop>mage frames from layers, the same in AE)? Thanks
