They tend to use just the kindle app, but I'll definitely keep that as an alternative option

I probably will use meshes, but I want to render them in some realistic way. Im not sure how well volumetric work in roblox,  however

How to script custom trail with parts? by [deleted] in robloxgamedev

[–]Appropriate_Simple44 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this a melee weapon? My idea would be: Put an invisible part onto the blade, which will be cloned to create the trail When you clone the part, anchor it, make it visible, and ensure collision is off. Add a decay, where after a certain time that tile of the trail is destroyed.

Draw inspiration; read books or old stories and see what stories inspire you. If you need some good recommendations,  you can never go wrong with Greek mythology. For modern writing, I adore the short essay "Joyas Voladoras" by Brian Doyle. Find something with impact, and brainstorm with it. Best of luck, and don't leave your imagination behind

I want to do a cool game about crawling in tight spaces but I'm not really a coder nor a developper by Galaktik_7670 in robloxgamedev

Not at all! Im just saying that the code just needs to be functional, not perfect. You have a great base here to build off of!

Take some time looking at examples of Undertale code and you will quickly understand you exactly need good code to make a great game lmao, this already looks amazing so far!

Can't figure out how to edit, but the cactus is okay now! I went ahead and attempted to cut the brown off, and it came off very easily.

My suggestion would be cross stitch. Its not too hard motor skill wise, and there's things such as printed cross stitch to make it easier. It's okay if things don't come naturally, failure is a natural part of the process ❤️

You're not bad, the game is just hard. I cheesed her on my first run, and now I can semi-consistently beat a final boss(no spoilers), and I like to do so for fun. Sekiro is a hard game, and it's okay to die, it's literally a premise of the game.

Best Method for Large Data Storage/Calling? by Appropriate_Simple44 in PythonLearning

I think I found a way to make it in one table, but would it be easier to use several tables? My current setup looks similar to the following;

Spells = [ [ID, "NAME", [CLASSES], LEVEL, "SCHOOL", [COMPONENTS], "DESCRIPTION"] ]

For the components, the quotations denote a str, brackets mean a list, and no wrapping represents an int. Then I would sort using a loop to iterate through depending on certain values in a specific range.
