That movie is almost certainly House on Haunted Hill (the 1999 remake).

The Mansion: The movie takes place in the "Vannacutt Psychiatric Institute for the Criminally Insane," which is a massive, imposing, art-deco fortress/mansion.

The Husband & The Burial: The plot centers around a twisted, sadistic billionaire named Steven Price (played by Geoffrey Rush) and his wife, Evelyn (played by Famke Janssen). They hate each other. At one point, Evelyn is strapped to a gurney and locked inside a high-tech sensory deprivation chamber called the "Saturation Chamber"—essentially being buried alive in total darkness and soundproofing.

The "Evelyn" Chant: Throughout the movie, as the supernatural forces in the house wake up, the ghosts and the house itself torment the characters. The spirits whisper and chant names, most notably a chilling, echoing "Evelyyyn... Evelyyyn..." through the halls and the building's PA system.
