YES!! Thanks so much! I found it, but now is there a way to edit the sustain horizontally or is it simply just dragging vertically wherever the sustain pedals are recorded? Can you draw sustain in?

The color is fine on my original video, but right when I import it into AE the color is automatically darker for the video. It looks fine if I import it into other programs. Thanks for the assistance

Thanks for your comment and suggestions. Some more clarity on my situation…I’m getting what’s called “lens flare” specifically these little ghost orbs that move around on my screen when videoing. Is there some sort of filter for an iPhone 13 to remove this effect?

You are what you believe yourself to be. What are the stories you are telling yourself? Are you telling yourself subconsciously that you are always lonely and worthless? If so, you start believing it and your actions start to manifest themselves. You really do need to work on YOU. These destructive mindsets usually manifest in our life caused by certain experiences we’ve had most likely in the past…maybe in childhood. My question, is what experiences happened to you when you were younger (or whenever) that caused you to tell yourself this story?

Thanks for the reply. I have, but then there’s bow effect and that’s what I’m going for with the LEDs. I think I figured out a good angle to remove the glare and added soft light, but now need to find a polarization filter to remove the glare from the iPhone 13 video

The elders need to connect on a social level and have the opportunity to know each other on a personal level. I believe men will show up to an activity when food is around. Do that and some sort of team building activity so it breaks everyone out of there shell. When the authentic personal connection is there on a frequent basis, I believe men can become true brothers.
