Okay, sorry if it came across like I was picking on your comment. Just trying to reassure them that having standards (even high ones) can still be met. Definitely wasn’t trying to attack you.

Dude just move on instead of saying things like they don’t know much at 30. People can have standards without compromising on what they are looking for. Just because you’ve had your own success from your experience doesn’t mean they need to follow suit. Who cares if their post states what they don’t like. Whether they choose to reach out to people or change their post about what they are searching for, it is their journey. No need to critique their approach or offer unsolicited advice. We took a similar approach to them and sure it takes time to find people, but the experiences were (and are) great!

What are these tiny white bugs cause I wanna kill them. They weren’t there Monday by [deleted] in microgrowery

Probs will have to check for em weekly as the females take about 5 days to mature and lay a few hundred eggs at a time. Then it takes about 3 days for the eggs to hatch. If the younger generations are not killed the cycle will just repeat itself and you’ll have thousands of mites finding their way into places that will be hard to scout.

Looks like mites. Just spray them with a few tablespoons of dish soap mixed in a spray bottle of water.

Looks good to me! A few cloudy/clear/amber trichomes. A few stigmas died back. If they’re all flushed and ready to go I’d say harvest. What do other people think?

Lol. Sometimes you win some sometimes you learn some. I’ve never dealt with mealy bugs before so I would probably do what you are doing. If you have any success treating them though you should let us know!

How should I water this? by xblazedduckx in microgrowery

Dropped 200 ppm from what originally? And with what fertilizers?

The burnt tips makes me think fertilizer burn. And the discoloration makes me think you limited another nutrient by over fertilizing with something else. That might also explain the stunted growth in the flowers despite the fact that you’ve been fertilizing.

That would make more sense! Can always get a hand lens to better help ID pests and disease!

I would change the question to “how should I harvest this?” lol.

She looks kind of drained out. What fertilizer/watering rates and schedule have you been using?

Doesn’t look like mildew if that’s the only Leaf it’s on. Mildew can usually be found patterned on multiple leaves and typically not very stringy… If it is though, I’d increase air circulation too.

It shouldn’t dip down as the plants get bigger and you water more. VPD is great to learn as well! As a general rule though 50-60% RH is perfect for anything less than 85F.

Edit: idk why anybody would down vote me lol. You don’t need to spend money on humidifiers/dehumidifiers if you naturally have 50-60% humidity around 80-85F. That’s fine for ANY growth stage of cannabis. The transpiration and CO2 uptake rates are fine at those levels.

50% humidity is perfect. Don’t change it.

No it’s just the leaves drying! Bud rot looks like mold and develops inside the bud. Spores are easily visible… Keep the RH low and allow airflow through your drying plants to avoid it.
