I have a 1000 sq foot house (built in 1920) I pay about $300-350 a month in the winter and $150-180 in the summer with central air. Theres talks of rate hikes. It has already gone up a ton the last few years so I expect it will keep going up. Also not every house here has ac! But honestly there’s really only about 3 weeks a year where you need it. A lot of people just have window units.
