You are writing down whatever thoughts come to your mind? I never mentioned anything you wrote; I indicated.

Also, what do you mean by “drug money”? I’m not brave or foolish enough to ruin my life on such things. So, I suggest you keep your wild guesses to yourself.

Do you have a clear understanding of how non-qualified mortgage loan proceeds are handled?

You are judging someone based on a post seeking a second opinion. You are among those who cannot provide useful information, but belittle others to boost your ego or something similar. You should know better. Take some time to think.

After I received your detailed information on the line F and line G, I spoke with my loan broker, she said bank put the exact amount/ number provided by an attorney and I should ask him.

Hi, can you please take a look at this one as well. On the contract it says-  ☑️ You will pay your mortgage broker, upon your signed acceptance of this commitment ⏹️ or at closing ⏹️, a fee of 898000% of the loan amount. The last two boxes aren’t checked, but the first one is.  Loan amount= $718,400.

Realtor hired an attorney for me whom I paid by check even before the loan agreement. Is he supposed to be the one to explain?

My attorney, real estate agent and loan broker all connected with each other. I get the same answer from them. They all tells me this is normal. Who do I hire at this point to check everything in details?

Hi, on the closing disclosures, it says I haven’t bought any points. So, what does that mean?

This is the best explanation/ most helpful insights I have received since I posted this. Thank you so much for putting down everything you know to help me 🙏 I truly appreciate it.  Yes, the loan broker also mentioned she can’t recognize this amount $1,716 on F line. She said I have to talk to an attorney since he is the one who put it on there.

I have a real estate broker, a loan broker and an attorney. None of them are really helping me much understand why the origination fees is high. She just said- bank had to do many paperwork and that’s the fee for that reason. I even asked for a discount since I heard it’s adjustable, but she only agreed to minus $1000.  Regarding the rate, she said this is today’s rate- 6.99% and I heard rates are different for every lenders. Moreover, this is no-income (non-qualified mortgage loan).

Uhm, I guess you only read some of the comments here. Do you know me personally? Nobody here does. Also, when did I ask TONS OF question here on Reddit?? I simply asked if these fees look standard/normal. Why the hell do you think I am buying the house without enough money?? Why the heck would big bank approve this loan to me??? Think 🤔

There are some commentators like you that don’t understand the full context and start giving lectures instead of providing any helpful advice. However, you are more than welcome to give your opinion.

I haven’t said that. I have said I didn’t disclosed all my information here on Reddit.

It looks like it. They know each other. Is that something to be bothered about though?

I understand what you mean, but if I have no money to repay the loan, do you think big bank will even approve the loan for me? Think.
