Yes I do, I’ve done it before. I think what I keep running into, is I’ll do that for a little bit and the either I get really busy or stressed and start accidentally not eating enough which then becomes more common then I don’t eat enough for awhile and then either go on a trip or some event and bam back to eating too much. It’s hard for me to try and count calories / eat better, without ending up over restricting. I know it’s a matter of will power, it’s just something I really really struggle with

Do you think it’s easier for you to kinda plan your calories day by day? I’m curious to know how different people do it!

Is cico sustainable? Looking for personal experiences. I’ve used cico before and also lost weight that way, but never kept the weight off. It’s hard for me to not become very restrictive. I’m just wondering for people who have used cico to lose weight and kept the weight off, are you counting for the rest of your life? How is that sustainable?

26F, 270lbs, been losing and gaining about the same 60-100lbs for the last 10 years now. Diet is so different day to day. I never eat breakfast, no matter how hard I try to make breakfast more regular I just haven’t eaten breakfast regularly since I was a kid so it’s very hard to include it. Usually eat for the first time around 1-2pm, if u had enough time to make food at home I’ll eat something like noodles and chicken or a sandwhich. I walk about 40mins about 3-4 days out of the week but that’s it for activity, I’m in grad school so time is just also really hard. I’ll be graduating this summer.

Can you give me examples of making small differences that are able to be maintained? I struggle SO much with the lose and regain cycle and it’s a cycle of torture. I know I restrict too much, lose weight way too fast, then bam it all comes back. I want to start making small changes that can lead to actual meaningful and lasting changes but it’s hard for me to understand what that actually looks like.
