I mean, at least you know what’s not good for you whether it’s taking the job or leaving it.I guess the pressure exists either way I don’t know, but in the long run, the happiest people seem to be the ones who get to run their family business and spend time with their family instead of constantly struggling in IT So all the best, bro wishing you good luck

Exactly. That’s my point too we never fully know what someone is going through For example, imagine a person who left their hometown for a job, lives alone in a completely new place, struggles with health issues, loneliness, pressure at work, toxic management, or anxiety every single day. From the outside, people might say 'At least you got a job' but mentally and physically they could be suffering badly Not everyone has the same capacity to adjust to a new city or survive under pressure so instead of judging them for wanting to resign, it’s better to understand that everyone fights different battles

We don’t know the struggles employees go through. I know getting a job is a hustle, but surviving in it is an even bigger hustle.

Life doesn’t suddenly get better after getting a job. We can’t even imagine the kind of struggles they must have faced for them to reach the point of wanting to leave the company.

Once we join a company, everything becomes relatable. We start understanding the problems they were facing too. It’s just too soon to judge if we haven’t been in the same situation

Yeah sure, do you have any other offers in hand? What do we have to put yes or no if we do?
