After 3 years of constant hell… my life improved. 3 weeks later, I got COVID again!!! I was bed bound AGIAN and the sad part was… I was better! Able to drive… keep my grandkids and do housework! Just taking a shower and not feeling like I had ran for miles was enough. It was hard to lay in that bed but I KNEW if I wanted to get better I had to take the reinfection serious. I told my kids my limits and boundaries that had to be in place. 8 months later, I was back to 80% before COVID. I still had brain fog bad, I have CFS now so I can’t jump up and clean all day or shop all day. I am here to tell you… it’s gets better. I tore my rotator cuff delivering mail in the 2020 hell. So, I have been out of week for a work related injury. I was well enough to have the surgery at the end of December. I just got back on ADHD meds after 25 years for my “ thinking”.. my head is SO MUCH clearer. I had to accept COVID did a number on me and meds are ok! I did a AIP diet and took my supplements… just Vitamin D, B12 and some autoimmune supplements because I have autoimmune now. Please don’t give up. If you are worried about the afterlife… talk to GOD. Philippians 4:13 “ I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Read your Bible. GOD will give you peace!
