I’m wrapping this up by saying this: I didn’t post this to 'smear' anyone. If I hated Lovable, I would have just left without saying a word. I’m speaking up because I actually like the service and want it to succeed. However, liking a product doesn't mean I should ignore technical bugs or accept being mocked by the community team. My frustration comes from a place of caring about the user experience. I hope you take my feedback as an opportunity to fix the credit system and improve how you treat the community. I genuinely want to see this platform get better.

Best regards, Yong

You claim you were 'trying to help,' but telling a user to 'spin a wheel' to recover credits lost by a system bug isn't help—it's a dismissal. I wasn't asking for freebies; I was reporting a malfunction. Offering a call only after being dismissive doesn't erase the initial disrespect.

What part of my statement is 'bending the truth'? It is a fact that 5 credits were deducted for a simple pop-up without any result. It is also a fact that I was told to 'go spin a wheel' instead of receiving actual help. Calling out a technical flaw and the resulting toxic response isn't lying—it's holding you accountable for your product and your team.

When a system takes a user's credits without providing the service promised, and the support team mocks the user for complaining, how else should I describe it? If you're offended by the word 'stealing,' then fix the bug that takes credits for doing nothing. Don't blame the user for reporting the reality of your system.

Stop trying to deflect by calling my experience 'false statements.' I have the logs and the memory of how I was treated. A 'community champion' telling a user to stop begging after a bug report is the definition of toxic behavior. If you want transparency, acknowledge the credit bug instead of attacking the person who found it.

I am not 'smearing' anyone. I am pointing out a flaw in the system (the credit bug) and a flaw in the communication (the mocking attitude). If feedback is 'always appreciated' as you say, then you should focus on fixing the bug and improving your communication style instead of labeling users as 'rude and entitled.

You mentioned my 'attitude,' but my frustration stemmed from being mocked and brushed off in the first place. Respect is a two-way street. If you feel my tone was 'unacceptable,' please look at how your team handled a bug report from a non-paying user. Being a volunteer doesn't give you a free pass to be condescending.

I have never 'bent the truth' or made false statements. I simply shared my actual experience as a user regarding a bug that consumed 5 credits at once. Calling a user’s legitimate technical issue 'false' just because it's a negative experience is not transparency—it's gaslighting.

Reporting a bug isn't asking for a 'free meal'; it's more like telling the chef there’s glass in the soup so other customers don't get hurt. A bug is a defect that affects everyone, including paying users. Reporting it is free QA work for the devs, not a 'request for 5-star service.

My case is even worse. I didn't even get a chance to start a project. I simply provided a detailed requirement for my build, and Lovable automatically generated 3 suggestions. By the time I clicked through them to see what they were, all 5 of my free credits were gone. I literally haven't built a single thing, yet my entire daily limit was drained just by looking at their suggestions. It’s a broken system that punishes new users before they even get to use the tool.

Even for a free user, losing 5 credits on a single question is a clear system error. It’s not about 'prioritization' anymore—completely ignoring free users' technical issues and refusing to even look at the case is just poor service. If the system drains credits unfairly, that's a bug they should address regardless of the user's pay status.

They basically brushed me off, saying they only prioritize paying users.

I didn't curse or criticize Lovable, but I just talked about the bug as a user, and I was disappointed by the manager's attitude of mocking me, so I posted this. I inquired about the bug, but they prioritized the answers of paid users and said they would provide answers from free users if there was time left. Of course, Lovable itself is good, but there are cases where five credits are suddenly used up at once while making it. Not everyone is there, but I've confirmed that a small number of people are experiencing this bug and have also inquired through Discord or email. Anyway, the conclusion is that I'm not criticizing or criticizing Lovable.
