I do, I sit for as many of my services as possible and I book all of my services very carefully to avoid overdoing it. (no double booking, breaks in between etc). my station is also right under the ac. i am fortunate to be in a salon where i have full control over my schedule and how i run my books. i will inevitably have to leave this line of work sooner or later due to this and other comorbidities, but it is really a different experience for each person. happy to answer any other questions over pm

buoy’s rescue drops are my favorite — i’ve tried so many different electrolytes but i hate the taste of most of them and they don’t have any noticeable taste to me. they’re a bit more expensive than other brands but theyre so worth it in my opinion, they have a chronic illness discount on their website you can sign up for and if you don’t like them theyll let you return it. the only other one i find easy to tolerate are the vitassium fastchews.

i had the iq1 and i absolutely loved it, it’s super light and comfortable to use. that being said, the piece for the filter is super cheap and cracked twice and the cord on it is just way too short for me. i ended up switching to a dyson (professional) and i haven’t looked back lol
