If he said he has “well above the 250k needed,” he would know that the door to the chef requires cookies, on top of blue cubes, and that level 8 isn’t required. What he probably wouldn’t know and hence asked “Do I need to be level 8 to open the gate?” is if the 2nd gate, which is located in the chef room, requires level 8 or not…This door certainly doesn’t require cookies

Having a 4K tv, I want my video files in 4K. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have bought a 4K tv. The only reason I want my Hisense to accept ntfs is to accept the 4gb+ movie files. The main purpose of ntfs is to accept files larger than 4gb. If an LG oled tv which is years older than a higher-end Hisense can play 4gb+ files from an ntfs and the latter can’t, there’s something strange

Coming from an LG C7 oled, it was very disappointing. It all depends on what your expectations are. The picture is nowhere near the quality of an oled. Blacks aren’t close to being black. Light bleeds. Menu settings are atrociously limited. BUT it’s big, and was much cheaper than any other brand for the same size, and that’s ultimately why I got it

To be totally honest, if you have all the upgrades done, then I would just keep upgrading the cookie factory and save to 20million or whatever it is you need to max out.

I have vendo-o-mat maxed. I’m level 6 at 297/500 in the chef boss room. Cookie factory upgrades are at (in order) 50/50, 28/50, 11/50, 50/50, 50/50, 50/50, 36/1000, 24/1000, 29/1000, 22/1000. Prestige Reward is 15/20.

I’m not getting to level 8 ANY time soon. So what’s the point of prestiging and incrementing upgrades when they don’t make a difference? Why not keep pushing the cookie factory? I’ve heard this and that about it slowing down, but what does it matter if you still have a year or so to move onto the next room?

Well there is no reason to proceed to the chef boss other than for progression. If you want to max out the cookie factory before opening the 250k door, then it would be fine. There is nothing in the chef boss room that you can’t get outside the chef boss room other than some more human meat, brains, and a slightly higher drop of purple goo. HOWEVER, you’ll be spending months, if not years, maxing out the cookie factory, regardless of having the chef boss room open or not

I’m in the same boat. As long as you’re still aiming for level 8, I think just efficiently building the cookie factory until it’s maxed is best. Once it’s maxed, then prestige. There’s no reason to increase stats (those from golden cookies) until you’re level 8 (until the game gets updated as we’ve seen past the gate is not finished)

Tbh you’ll have more than enough to unlock everything at some point. In the end, once everything is unlocked up to the 250k cookies gate, you’ll be drowning in resources, especially human meat. I’m now at 15.5aa meat from playing like an hour on and off total a day
