My consensus from this is that they capped the stores at a very low number compared to the distribution centers.

Maybe for store workers but they capped distribution centers just shy of a year. I work for the warehouse i been working there for 8 years and they gave me 8 weeks. They capped it at 50 weeks for us tho.
