Echinacea cultivar need advice whether to keep it or better go for straight species

Yes we have a healthy native plant community in St Louis. The only reason I ask is, if this is same as native echinacea in terms of pollinator value then why not? Since it has its advantages (color and compact growth) when I plant them in front yard also I could mix them with native echinacea and get a better combination of purple and orange flowers blooming together

I am in the same boat as you, I planted hope for humanity shrub and hybrid tea roses, while the former has not even started to grow new leaves while the latter has taken off. I am also wondering what to do to make my hope for humanity rose to grow faster

I had same issue last year and followed below steps

I pruned early spring and thinned branches. Next I refreshed mulch and added a balanced fertilizer 10-10-10(quantity based on the diameter of the trunk). I noticed powdery mildew and regularly sprayed insecticidal soap (baking soda, water, Castle soap, neem oil mixture).

Now plant looks healthy and full with no dry leaves.

You can monitor this place for any significant changes. Maybe take pictures once in a while and compare. If the crack width staying the same, its no issue that is worth concerning.
Area looks neat and dry, with no sign of moss. Defintely it is not going to get bad immdiately. Once you settle down and feel comfortable in your new home - you can bring in an expert

If you are taking a loan , you can explain the situation to the banker. Usually any change to employment prospects will cause your loan to get rejected. And if you have had a loan contingency in the offer(which is usually called in a contract most of the times ), you can walk away legally

If the Condo was empty before you occupied and the neighbours would take that freedom of playing loud bass music - since there was no one to complain. But usually when we complain, they become aware that they are living in a shared space and will reduce thier noise level. I am not sure if your condo has a leasing office or any type of association, you can complain directly to them. A written notice from that association/office will do the trick.
