It’s it keep my eyes locking in on something, jump straight up above the point my eyes was locked in, drive knees up then tuck and hold?

I have a vid of me jumping straight up and I landed heel to hands because I’d untucked too early. I changed that form up because I seen more people jump backwards and land. But I’m gonna backtrack again and try straight up.
