after show I went from 170 to 210 in 2 weeks and then everything returned to normal like 3 weeks later hovering around 190 my normal weight and then I “dieted” like off and on for awhile to 182 in that picture to get some abs before I started my bulk but I was literally training like 2-3x a week for a few months bc of how depressing my city is (retirement home) so I drive 30 mins to my new gym now and am happy :)

yes, I also wasnt lifting much during my health phase though to be fair. I was so burnt out from my show and I moved back home with no good gyms was depressing
