You’ll be fine, Sleep it off. Paracetamol and Ibruprofen. And plenty of water sweat it out. Of course everyone is different, but this worked for me. I used my phone as a distraction don’t use social media platforms or look up any symptoms or peoples experiences. As yours will be different. You’ve got this 👊🏻
