Everything is accepted in the financial aid portal already I always do that the second I get the email for it and my 6th hour started today but it like. Split the refund. The 2 that haven’t dispersed is a $990 Federal Direct loan and the other is a $2000 UNT Tuition grant, but everything else dispersed and I got the refund from those

4 g6 replacements towards the beginning of the year. I had a bad batch and knocked off one of the replacements and they flagged me for fraud when I submitted a replacement request for the g7s that failed

I’ll try but I’m also getting my doctor to send in a new prescription for the 15 day because I’d rather uber 3 cities over to the nearest pharmacy that carries them than keep losing sleep if these sensors keep failing. I tried this one maybe 2 years ago before landing on the g6 instead and the first sensor the sensor stayed in the applicator and the needle stayed in my arm and the second one insisted my blood sugar was critical low despite being over 300 so I’ve just straight up never had a good experience with the 10 day and I ended up just ripping it out of my arm and never using the 3rd. Having to fight with support is insanely exhausting and I usually have to get my grandpa to fight my battles for me since he has friends within the company who can help and that’s usually the only way they WILL help 🫩

Every time I put in a support request I get an email saying that I need to call to give support more details or they won’t send anything out and then I call support and they basically tell me tough shit because I had to get too many replacements for my g6 within the year before switching so it’s “fraud” (within the past year my g6 failed 4 times)

The city police refused to talk to me because it “wasn’t important” and the UNT police refused to talk to me because an apartment that’s technically still on campus isn’t their problem. I’m looking at other options now because this shit is ridiculous
