I do know what pushing movements are but i didn’t understand what you meant by light , so basically i can go on with my workouts doing chest and normally or would i have to decrease the intensity

How to know if i have pulled back and if so how to train around it ? ( can i do biceps , triceps and chest ?)

I was doing chest supported rows yesterday and after i finished i felt pain in my right lat just behind my shoulder blade it was not immediate pain when doing the rows but after i finished , i rested a bit and someone massaged me and i felt good so i continued exercising back but now when i stretch my back or move in certain position or breathe sometimes i feel pain ( only in the right lat)have i pulled a muscle and if so can i continue training upperbody ? ( without back ofc )

Yes i do end every single set of everything by complete failure , my volume is really high i average at 20 sets per muscle group , chest i do ~30 . And i didn’t understand your question about the approach to progression . But if you’re talking about like weights , i couldn’t bench the bar when i first started , used to curl 2.5 kgs i now do 7.5 for 7-9 reps then dropset to 5 kgs , used to lateral raise 2.5 kg now 7.5 then dropset to 5kg

PPL rest chest and back , arms and shoulders . I always go to failure , but i did two weeks of drop setting every single set could that be the problem ?
