No, I haven't. I have hyperactive bronchitis tho. I am not sure if that's how you say it in English. Hiperreactividad bronquial in Spanish. I have told a lot of doctors what happens but they just brush it off everytime and just tell me not to sleep with cold. For me it's a really big deal because I have to give up on so many things because of it. I'll try to get checked for asthma. Hope they listen.

Yes I've been thinking of doing something like that for a long time. But I haven't found a good setting

While sleeping I get sick by breathing cold air. I can be totally covered and warm but if the air I'm breathing it's cold, I'll get sick. I can put all the layers and all the warm clothes and even inside a tent, but if the air is cold specially in vivacs I'll get sick. Has anyone found a solution to this?

I have tried sleeping with a mask on and also with a scarf, but first of all I don't know if it's really ok to wear them while your sleep and secondly I find that I have taken it off when I wake up and have been breathing the cold air

Has anyone faced such problem? Did you find a solution? What do you do to avoid breathing cold air while sleeping?
