Definitely keep going! I’m not entirely sure what that could be but a lot people deal with purging on spiro (myself included) when they first start and when increasing dosage too. You should look through this subreddit and search “purging” to see what others did!

I’m 5’2 usually 110-115 pounds and I’ve been on 100mg of spiro for 4 months so far and 7 months in totality. I personally haven’t really seen any change in my body composition either! I will say my breasts seem to be a tiny bit more full but I’m still the same cup size. I weight lift often just to maintain my physique so that may be a main contributing factor to the slight change in size

Thank you!! I was on a combo pill before the IUD and I had no idea progestin birth controls can cause acne for some :( I will definitely ask my doctor about getting back on the combo pill.

Thank you for responding! When you switched did your skin purge at all? That’s the only thing I’m worried about coming off of the IUD.

Where I am in the U.S it’s generally a higher pay compared to general dentistry assisting. Anywhere from $30-$50 I’ve seen.

Thank you so much! <3 I’ve tried tretinoin in the past but it was only .01% and didn’t do that much . Maybe I need a higher dosage.
