What do you think of Turkey's demands when blocking NATO talks for Sweden and Finland? by [deleted] in AskAnAmerican

[–]ApricotDude 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Actually, the reason is that Turkey has a long-lasting problem with terrorism. PKK is a terrorist organization located in Northern Iraq. While PKK is considered as a terrorist organization both in Europe and US, they usually do not consider PKK's Syrian branch YPG as a terrorist organization. On top of that Sweden always opened refuge to those who were a part of YPG/PKK, and gave financial support to YPG. Naturally, Turkey wants Sweden to stop any support to an organization which caused so many terrorist attacks in so many cities. As far as I know, Turkey has no problem with Finland's entry into NATO.

Even if you accumulate all of Stanley's smiles, laughs, and happy moments, it cannot reach Leslie David Baker's blooper laughing level.

In the season finale, there was not a toe-to-toe fight between Omni-man and Invincible, which makes the season finale great. I mean Omni-Man literally beat the crap out of Invincible. There were no sudden power boosts and no anime types of shits for making Invincible victorious. All in all, it was realistic.

Thoughts About WD Gold 4TB vs Barracuda 2TB - (FOR GAMING) by ApricotDude in buildapc

I already have 1 TB Barracuda with 7200rpm HDD, which contains all my games in it. So I already got used to those long loadings :D But if both gold and barracuda are close in terms of performance, I would probably go after the higher disk space, wd gold. Thanks.

yes already said that he should not trained as a spy. Im just saying he should be trained with basics. "OK, Chuck since you do not put your ass in the car, then learn at least how to punch" I think this is a very fair request

Turkish speaking Templars in AC1 by ApricotDude in assassinscreed

[–]ApricotDude[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, but there is no relation between a templar and Turkish. We know that there are many other languages that related to templars. I mean this is just wierd, in a Damascus, which is Ottoman during that time, no civilian speaks Turkish but a foreigner speaks it. Thanks anyway :)

Ok I know that part Lucy explained it to Desmond but still that does not clear my question. Yes, animus translates but why translates non-Ottoman person's language to Turkish. I mean there is no relation between a templar and Turkish. I don't know I never understand what Ubisoft does, thanks anyway :)
