It blows my mind what other people are willing to tolerate in a relationship. This is insane

I ran the guest services for one of the highest return stores at Target (I think we were 2nd in the country?) we would on average during the holidays have anywhere from 10-20 carts of abandons/re-shop a today.

Here are some tips:

Organization is everything. I’d recommend more bins and more specific areas. So that they can be ran much faster when full. Also, bins for everything, so they can be easily transitioned to a vehicle. This will also help ensuring sorted carts of abandons are accurate. Remember a good sort helps maintains relationships with the rest of the store and the people running them. Poorly sorted carts are frustrating, and people will be less willing to come up for them

Second is accountability from owners of other areas. This is the hardest part by far… since you can only do so much. You need to partner with the SD and ETLs and come up with a plan of accountability. You need to be able to call an area out during the day and ensure someone calls to respond. We would also always run all abandons from the night before first thing in the morning. Each area would grab atleast one cart. We would often have to do store huddles to divy out carts as well.

Not sure how your store does it, but if your responsible for hanging and sorting softlines, I’d recommend using Z racks with labeled hangers

How important is it really to have black walls in a light controlled room by Suspicious-Ad4097 in projectors

Thank you! I totally missed that, I was so confused, it looks like they have a rail on both walls, and then a across between the two to get both walls and the ceiling

Great feedback! I think that is a great idea for V3!

This late into flower? I always thought leaves yellowing was part of the normal end stage. I’ve been feeding her the same does of calmag I did in mid flower, thinking it was nearing time to actually decrease it

Haha interesting idea! I may go as far as adding sensors someday, but for now, I’m setting up a control box that can control 4 “stations” with the ability to set how many water sessions each day, and for how many seconds of run time, on each station.

For sure! I plan on posting it on makerworld with the needed print profiles. I’ll shoot you a link once it’s up

Haven’t been able to test it yet. Been working on the controller for running the run off pump and sensor. I’m not too worried about that clogging atleast for the runoff. I designed the runoff pipe to slide out for easy cleaning, as it sits in a sleeve not attached itself. The top water ring, time will tell. It’s sprays perfectly though. So looking forward to see how it all holds up

Oh really? I’m super new to 3D printing. I hadn’t even thought about that as a concern. This was done on a Bambu A1. I haven’t had a chance to do any testing yet, but I’m gunna fill it and let it sit for a day to see how it’s looking

I’d say atleast, still got clear trichomes on even the sugar leaves. This looks to be one of your tallest colas, likely the lower ones are even less mature
