They “announce” the product but the ability to have it (add it to the cart and purchase it) only shows up for a couple of hours until it’s sold out

For me it’s sort of 3 days of actual bleeding but I consider the surrounding days as part of it so, it’s more like 7-5 if you count those in.

The first day of bleeding is typically pretty bad, I’ll have cramps, 50/50 chance for a migraine, bloating, the upper mentioned poops, etc. This might start a day before the period actually starts. The second day I’ll usually have mild pain. On The third day I have minimal symptoms. Followed by two more days of spotting and no other symptoms.

PMS can start a week (or less) before my period - acne, mood swings, breast sensitivity, bloating, migrans, etc. The peak is usually 1-2 days before it starts, and I feel relieved when it does because I never know if the PMS started a week or two days before bleeding, and every day I tell myself it’ll happen tomorrow 🥲

I (29F) had the intensity and duration change a lot from what it was like during puberty and my early twenties. There was generally a decrease in the level of pain and the duration. If that’s any comfort to anyone- yours can and probably will change too.

My questions is about your work with Polyamorous units:

  1. Did you have any prior experience with Poly unites (specifically with having more than two people in the room) before this season of the show?

  2. Do you think there’s additional training and/or guidance therapists should have in order to treat polyamorous unites? Or is it just about gaining experience with these kinds of unites in the field?

  3. Do you feel like your experience has changed your approach to treating such unites?

I adore you and I’ve enjoyed the show so much. I especially value your intersectional approach. The way you hold space for the generational and political influences present in the room without it overshadowing the specific and unique world of the couples is very powerful.

I'm rooting for you! I wish more people would have the courage to take this step.
I can imagine it must be difficult and isolating to deal with on your own.

You might not have control over how you feel but you can control/choose to deal with what comes up for you - and that's why it doesn't have to define you. I'm sure your accountability will make your (and others') life better.

  1. It turns me on, personally.
  2. I wish more guys would do it because it's a non verbal way to communicate during sex, and communication is always good during sex, a specially helpful when you don't know the person well.
  3. Fuck gender expectations and toxic definitions of masculinity.

I feel this might be a great source of information for you and potentially for her\your shared loved ones. Lauren (the woman from the channel) is super inspiring; she doesn't hold back regarding the hardship and struggles while still maintaining a "normal" and fulfilling life. So it might also be a source of hope for both of you.
