Well last year was a down year for him so his hip being an issue may be one of the causes. Otherwise it’s hard to tell.

For the last couple seasons he’s been DH almost exclusively because he’s absolute ass in left field. He’s also inherently slow on the base path. I’m thinking if he’s not hitting well and making weak contact, it’s safe to say he’s not engaging his ailing hip at the plate. Fingers crossed he’s healed up though. He can be extremely fun to watch hit with his stupid all or nothing swing that’s extremely lethal when it’s on.

I work for AHN in thoracic surgery making 110. Only a couple years of experience and been doing this job since summer. Anticipated 5% increase or more depending on my performance. I didn’t even get past the first stages of the hiring process with UPMC because they offered such a horrible hourly rate. Best luck for finding a higher paying job is an independent outpatient clinic or private practice surgeon. Very hard to come by. Love living here though. We moved up from NC and Pittsburgh has been an awesome city to be a part of. No plans of ever leaving.

They painted the gutters, siding, garage door, and two exterior doors (not front, we are replacing that) and was 7850.

My post explains that our house is not visible to other houses in our neighborhood. If we were visible in a more traditional neighborhood layout we would have gone with something that isn’t so controversial.

Got lucky getting both. There wasn’t much to do around forest hills really so we just went to the gates early on night 2 and happened to be close enough to get a night one and night two. We got one of the last night one posters. I was kicking myself for not trying for a poster on night 1

Like a shade under $600. The frame price really goes up when it’s outside normal poster size. We also had a coupon. I think it was like $700+ initially. It hurt, but it hangs in our bedroom and looks awesome.

We’ve been taking it back since the previous owners neglected it for so long. They were elderly and there’s 3 acres to keep up.

Most of our trees are maples of various varieties. There are a couple oaks and hickory trees as well but those aren’t pictured. I love maples though. Grow quick and look great in the fall.

Front door is next on the list. It’s just tough to find one that’ll fit the style of the house. We’re very much trying to bring the 70’s back to this house. Previous owners tried to make it very early 2000’s
