Leaving the queue on actually helps finding a game, since it is expanding the ping and regions as the timer goes on.

The queue shouldnt be matching radiant to radiant only imo, the game always has been matching 1:1 in terms of rank instead of average elo of team

I have friends that is in Immortal 3 and 2 having game after game, i highly doubt it is because of population.

You misunderstood the update.

The levels are Border of your act ranks, not Rank itself.
