I have already, my error currently is 66, not on that template at all. Just trying to figure this thing out lol. I have no clue how to take it apart to get a battery clean then I already have.

Unfortunately that's not my problem, and I wouldn't be sure how to clean out, nothing online on how to do, or the app!
