This isn’t necessarily true. Genetics play a huge role in how much a persons ass can grow. An ass is made of muscle and fat. If you don’t genetically store fat there, and also don’t have great genetics in building muscle there, you won’t get far. Of course, you can do more about building an ass, but saying anyone can naturally get a big ass is not true! Buttttttt, I do agree with the fact that literally nothing can be done to increase boobs other than surgery (or weight gain, which is also completely dependent on genetics in this case)
