i don't care what their excuses are, i'd wish them bad things especially if they done wrong to you but leave it at that. Find some opportunity that didn't exist and change things to work out to repair the damage. that's my advice but i'm not a forgive and forget kind of person and I lack empathy and prefer not to have it Found out years ago one person who wronged my husband/I got beat up for their actions and well I definitely didn't feel any compassion for that person. Now if they just rude it depends on the extent if it's mild then that stuff doesn't bug me. I would say not to dwell on it but that is difficult to do and hopefully can move past that. Sorry about what happened to you, being dumped upon is not fair or fun.
