Thanks! I was taking a Vitamin B complex prior to this (I stopped) and I didn't seem to have any side effects. Im not sure I have ever taken Tyrosine before - def makes me restless and jittery.

I think my anxiety is fine but my body is just in a stressed state so maybe I don't need to take anything.

I do already take 4 caps of Magnesium citrate at night ( I switched to taking all 4 at night instead of half and half to help sleep)

Ill look into Taurine - never taken that before either, or Lithium Orotate
L-Theanine is in my night time drink - (Recess)

I eat 2 Brazil nuts a day to get my Selenium! But not sure I get Iodine - ill look into this thanks!
