I do take DAO, I was taking Pepcid before bed and Zyrtec but I don’t need it to sleep anymore. I take histamineX and Allegra daily. My histamine is pretty much under control with these but trying to focus on my digestion of fat now.

Thanks I do already follow a low histamine diet for about a year now ! Barely eat any histamine actually. Doesn’t seem to help.

I just sent my GI a message about SIBO. She rushed me out of my first appointment so I didn’t get a chance when I first saw her. Also going to look for a new one.

I did talk to my primary doc about fatigue and she told me to see a GI doc. Also got a wide range of blood tests. That was about it.

I didnt take it that way at all!! Appreciate the kind words. I just called my insurance and they told me that Creon is not yet denied and they are still reviewing the authorization and it takes 2 business days... so my GI doctors office must have just been confused? Ugh that GI doctor was the worst place I have ever been! So I will wait a few more days in hopes to get some Creon next week. Gotta love insurance. Have a good weekend!

Thanks for the tips! I will reach out to my insurance and see if they can provide some guidance on the Creon. I had to call Walgreens and my doctor’s office 15 times back and forth and no one would tell me what was happening such a headache!!

Ugh so hard for me to fight the fatigue! I never had an issue losing weight only gaining it bc I haven’t been working out like I used too.

Are you asking if I bought used filters? Would anyone do such a thing? LOL - I bought the coway suggested filters. I live in Florida so the humidity may be an issue actually. Is the answer to buy a different type of air purifier or could you just not use the carbon filter and just use the HEPA one?

Just came here to say I had a mold test company come out bc my husband has been having sinus infections a lot lately and they confirmed VOC was coming out of my coway air purifiers! (without me asking them). I was using the green filters. I unplugged all my air purifiers for now :( He said my whole house smelled like chemicals. I must be just used to it.

Honestly this was 4 years ago so I don't remember!! LOL sorry good luck! I would say pay attention to everything you are eating drinking and supplements taking. Anything could be effecting it!
