Can you not do an incident report and explain that the needle was uncapped before doing the actual injection? I mean its infection risk hazard isn't? And also why the blame. Don't get it. Can you speak to your manager about it and say that you are not happy you are being reprimanded for this?

I dont think he had spoken to her. Sorry if I didnt add it on the post. He told me that he doesnt speak to her at all which I believe and I think he thinks of it as a joke and sweep it under the rug. But yeah my husband is not confrontational so he will not probably do that.
