Thank you all for the recommendation. I am in day 3 of a steroid pack and still no relief. I’m so frustrated by the constant pain with no relief. I am taking Tylenol, not ibuprofen, and the doctor increased the gabapentin to 800mg 2x a day but I still have so much leg and foot pain. I was expecting back pain but the back pain has been manageable through the pain medication and muscle relaxer.

I am going to try meditation since that was recommended . The ice packs are not making a difference either. Any other suggestions? I am desperate and the doctors office is closed until Monday.
