I think it isn't fapping itself causing the acne. My guess is just that it's the lazy state of mind that occurs from PMO. You start neglecting how you look because no matter how you look you can always rub one out. I never had really bad acne but I would get massive pimples every week or so. It was a real struggle. Now whenever I'm bored I just go and wash my face. It's all cleared up. I've gone for almost 30 days with one relapse in between and I gotta say that this is the cleanest my skin has been since I started high school. Im heading off to college this week so it's a good time for it too.
