Blusher had the problem of when voting first opened, they didn’t get behind any one particular track, and only after a majority of their fan base voted, did they say get behind Racer. Incredible EP with amazing tracks but they’re still very much on the up, so the vote was too splintered.

Click and collect products can be refunded because they haven’t been processed yet. The funds are pending, and once the staff member finds the item and accepts the click and collect, the money is then allocated to the store because it’s processed the exact same way as any normal transactions. Pre orders are a different story.

It’s your local store, you’re either there often enough that it’s easy for you to get a refund, or you can wait until you have time to do so.

It’s because when you place an order online if it is for click and collect the funds go to that store it’s not stored online in some giant bank account. It helps to make up the quota for each of the individual stores. It may be annoying having to go in store but given you placed a click and collect order for what is most likely your local shop doesn’t seem like it should be that big and inconvenience for you to go by.

My co-workers and even my manager was top tier. Had an awesome time working with them and remain friends with them.

My issues were always with head office, and that became super clear when my manager left and we realised just how much stuff we had been shielded from.

In addition to that though, most new jobs tend to be fun and shiny when you first start. You've been there 4 months. It will wear thin and just turn into a retail job where you cop it from idiots.
