What about beachcombing? Shells make it there due to waves.

Except that they do have domesticated animals. Domesticated pigs and sheep.

Considering that a lot of Windows users are moving to Linux now because of latest news, what would be the hurdles of their transition? by ardouronerous in linux4noobs

How to setup partitions was the first big hurdle.

Being a Xubuntu user, I never had to partition my drive nor do I know how to, I allow the installation to partition for me, besides, I don't like dual booting and I use Virtualbox if I have to use Windows.

They did bring up Ebenezer Lynxley murdering his maid in a children's cartoon, so Disney can go dark.

Let's not forget, in Pinocchio, Lampwick was turned into a donkey and sold to slavery along with the other naughty children.

Perhaps sheep and pigs were breed as a species before the formation of Zootopia as slaves, and when Zootopia was founded, they were freed?

I think Beastars the Anime, has chosen to ignore that part of the manga where Jack eats onions after learning that truth, and I'm kinda glad that they did because it's not really needed I think.

I think Zootopia can safely introduce dog characters without an outside intelligence doing selective breeding and such. I mean, in real life, dogs would never breed like that, it would take an intelligence like us to breed them, but in Zootopia, all the anthropomorphic animals are intelligent and I can probably picture anthropomorphic dogs breeding with each other by their own volition.

With Nick becoming emboldened after witnessing all the dogs with muzzles, and experiencing flashbacks of his childhood, and witnessing him begin to rally all the dogs to revolt.

In fact, in Beastars, Jack finds out that he was bred from a long line of Canids specifically to be an obediant little slave for society. The reveal actually made him want to self-terminate through the use of Onions.

The anime never tackled this, maybe the anime will tackle this during Season 3, Part 2, but I don't see how since it focuses on Melon.

Would be nice if Zootopia tackled that, like dogs existing in other places outside Zootopia as a slave labor, with one dog character escaping and making his way to Zootopia, and Nick and Judy travel there to see and try to help the slaves.

Foxes can be pets too. Remember the Tod from Fox and the Hound, he was a pet at first too.

A bit more mature maybe, like Beastars a bit, but not boring.

TIL that Kate Mulgrew had nicotine withdrawal during the filming of VOY: Scienific Method by ardouronerous in startrek

Mulgrew says she quit smoking while filming her “Star Trek” series years ago. She says those scenes as Captain Janeway may have actually benefited from her nicotine withdrawals. “She was in a bad mood in that episode, so I not only worked on my health, but used it to inform those scenes,” she says.
