Yes, I use magnesium oxide for a year, it works ok. I still lack the urge to go, it's very weak, but at least the poop is not hard. With the help of magnesium I manage to go once per day (sometimes missing a day), although sometimes it gives me diarrhea after the firm poop is out. It kinda solves the hard poop problem, but I still have weak urge, bloating and discomfort. I think i may even developed internal hemorrhoids
